Duties
The company is seeking a Marketing Research Analyst to strengthen the company’s knowledge of market data and recruitment processes in various industries. The job duties of this professional position include:
· Monitor and measure effectiveness of all communication initiatives, and update strategies as necessary, and stay up to date as to employment market, career services, and recruitment trends in the U.S. and abroad.
· Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies. Evaluate advertising and promotion programs to determine whether they are compatible with company’s public relations efforts.
· Conduct internal branding strategy to expand HG Plus’ influence among potential clients and to increase competition in the field of recruitment.
· Understand market needs and clients’ preferences, and accordingly design survey instruments (questionnaires, interviews, polls, discussions, home use tests) and research plans utilizing logic patterns, piping, masking, appended variables.
· Conduct market research (field survey, secondary research, digital and social media research, syndicated research etc.) related to higher education, employment market, national wage, and recruitment trends by applying advanced data analysis skills.
· Collect and analysis quantitative and qualitative data on consumers (demographics, preferences, needs, and general customer trends), competitors and market conditions regarding HG Plus services.
· Analyze data to find insights and discover new findings in the marketplace at large. Support promotion materials through the creation of documentation outlining data-first strategies for marketing campaigns.
· Analyze market data and identify potential markets and factors affecting demand for particular services; and present possible solutions to management.
· Design and review advertising overview reports based on previous and current campaign performance, and deliver recommendations and insights to customers based on performance.
· Develop high-quality draft text and layouts as part of online marketing materials, brochures, and press releases.
· Offer insights on recruitment process, unemployment rate, employment demands, market trends in existing and arising industries by preparing business intelligence reports;
· Analyze data using statistical software and techniques, and present findings in clear and concise reports to management.
Requirement
Minimum Master’s Degree in Economics or Marketing.
