Duties

·        Performs a multitude of finance and accounting tasks within the accounting team.

·        Prepares bookkeeping and maintain and reconcile ledger accounts for clients.

·        Reviews and verifies the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned.

·        Balances books or accounts and prepares profit/loss, income and balance sheet statements for clients.

·        Assists clients with accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing and inventory functions as needed.

·        Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and financial analysis.

·        Perform ad-hoc tasks related to payroll services.

·        Compile information for annual audit for clients.

·        Perform tax planning based on involvement with and understanding of client.

·        Provides information to accounting manager by assembling and summarizing operational and financial data.

Requirement

At least 3 years’ working experience in accounting or related.
