Duties

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support operational efficiency, financial reporting, and strategic initiatives within our accounting firm. Job Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business operations, financial workflows, and internal processes to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.

2. Prepare reports, dashboards, forecasts, and business performance analyses using financial and operational data.

3. Collaborate with accounting, tax, audit, and administrative teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

4. Support special projects, compliance initiatives, and operational improvement programs.

5. Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

6. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business development strategies.

7. Support budgeting, financial planning, and revenue tracking initiatives.

8. Work closely with partners, accountants, tax professionals, and management teams to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirement

Minimum master’s degree in Analytics, Accounting, or Economics.
