Duties

The operation manager will manage and be accountable for all aspects of the operation and supervision of the company and the store, including:

·        Supervise store personnel;

·        Achieve sales, gross profit, labor, shrink and inventory goals;

·        Assure that all Company and store policies and procedures are adhered to on a regular basis;

·        Control costs by constantly monitoring and improving Grocery, Dairy, Frozen, and Beer/Wine operations to increase profitability.

·        Oversee product ordering, quality, presentation, merchandising, availability, organization, pricing,stocking, shelf allocation, turnover and morale, vendor communications, compliance

·        and sanitation.

·        Assist with reporting, financial control, and budget responsibilities.

Requirement

At least 3 years working experience in Business Manager, Operation Manager.
