Duties

·        Design, test, and optimize hardware systems to support high-performance accounting and data processing operations.

·        Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, network hardware, and related IT equipment.

·        Modify existing hardware components to ensure compatibility with new software and applications.

·        Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.

·        Monitor hardware performance, identify technical problems, and implement preventive measures to reduce downtime.

·        Maintain accurate documentation of hardware configurations, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting protocols.

·        Provide timely technical support to internal staff, addressing hardware-related issues efficiently.

·        Assist in infrastructure upgrades, ensuring hardware compliance with internal policies and industry standards.

Requirement

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; at least 2 years working experience in hardware engineering or a related field.
